THE AGREEMENT
The use of this website and the services provided on this website by Clinical Skills Institute, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) are subject to the following Website Terms & Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). All parts and sub-parts of this Agreement are specifically incorporated by reference. This Agreement governs the use of all pages on this website (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website”) and any services provided by or on this Website (the “Services”).
1) DEFINITIONS
The parties referred to in this Agreement shall be defined as follows:
a) Company, Us, We:
The Company, as the creator, operator, and publisher of the Website, makes the Website and certain Services available to users. “Company,” “Us,” “We,” “Our,” “Ours,” and other first-person pronouns refer to the Company and all employees and affiliates of the Company.
b) You, the User, the Client:
“You,” as the user of the Website, will be referred to throughout this Agreement using second-person pronouns such as “You,” “Your,” “Yours,” or as “User” or “Client.”
c) Parties:
Collectively, the Company and You shall be referred to as the “Parties.”
2) ASSENT & ACCEPTANCE
By using the Website, You warrant that You have read and reviewed this Agreement and agree to be bound by it. If You do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, You must leave the Website immediately. The Company agrees to provide use of this Website and its Services only if You assent to this Agreement.
3) AGE RESTRICTION
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Website or any Services contained herein. By using the Website, You represent and warrant that You are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for any misrepresentation of age.
If you are under 18 years old, you acknowledge that you must be at least 18 years of age at the time you take the NHA exam.
4) LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE
The Company may provide You with certain information as a result of Your use of the Website or Services, including documentation, data, or materials developed by the Company (“Company Materials”). Subject to this Agreement, the Company grants You a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Company Materials solely in connection with Your use of the Website and Services. This license terminates upon cessation of use of the Website or Services or termination of this Agreement.
5) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that the Website and all Services provided by the Company are the property of the Company, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property (“Company IP”). You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use Company IP for any unlawful or infringing purpose without express written permission from the Company.
a) You grant the Company a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to copy, display, use, broadcast, transmit, and create derivative works of any content You upload or make available on the Website (“Your Content”). The Company claims no ownership of Your Content beyond this license.
b) If You believe Your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us.
c) You represent that all materials You submit are original and do not infringe the rights of others.
6) USER OBLIGATIONS
When registering, You may be required to provide identifying information, including Your email address and password. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of this information and must notify us immediately at [email protected] if Your information is compromised. Providing false information or using the Website for unlawful purposes constitutes grounds for immediate termination.
7) ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Website or Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage the Company.

8) AFFILIATE MARKETING & ADVERTISING
The Company may engage in affiliate marketing and advertising. This disclosure complies with applicable Federal Trade Commission rules.
9) THIRD-PARTY LINKS & CONTENT
The Company is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked through the Website.
10) THIRD-PARTY SALES
The Company may sell or allow third parties to sell goods or services, including self-paced allied health educational courses. Purchases of third-party goods are made at Your own risk.
11) PURCHASES / PAYMENTS / REFUNDS
Purchases & Payment
We accept all major credit cards. Prices may change at any time. Payments are processed in U.S. dollars. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.
Refund Policy
We offer a seven (7)-day satisfaction guarantee. For service cancellations, refunds may be issued minus an admission fee not to exceed $150. Refunds are processed within thirty (30) days.
Clinical Skills Institute purchases the Medical Assistant reference eBook for all students (a $125 value). If the eBook has been activated or accessed, the $125 cost will be deducted from any approved refund.
12) TERM, TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Provisions that should survive termination shall remain in effect.
13) ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Website does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. Use is at Your own risk.
14) DATA LOSS
The Company is not responsible for data loss or account security.
15) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from Your use of the Website or Services.
16) NO WARRANTIES
All Services are provided “as is.” The Company disclaims all warranties.
17) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company’s liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid in the previous six (6) months.
18) REVERSE ENGINEERING & SECURITY
You agree not to reverse engineer or compromise Website security.
19) SPAM POLICY
Spam activities are strictly prohibited.
20) SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
The Company may interrupt services for maintenance without liability.
21) GENERAL PROVISIONS
Includes governing law (New Hampshire), arbitration, severability, assignment, force majeure, CCPA compliance, and jurisdiction provisions.
22) MODIFICATION & VARIATION
The Company may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
23) ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties.
